These Terms govern your access to and use of RevScribe (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorised use.
2. Acceptable use
- Do not use RevScribe to solicit, generate, or post fake or incentivised reviews.
- Do not impersonate another business or person.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service.
- You must comply with Google's review policies; violations are your responsibility.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of business names, logos, templates, and content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and display it as needed to run the Service.
4. Plans and payment
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from your dashboard at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Free trial
Free trials are offered at our discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
6. Service availability
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
7. Third parties
RevScribe relies on third-party services (such as Google) that we do not control. We are not responsible for their availability or actions.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific number of reviews, ratings, or business outcomes.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevScribe's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using RevScribe at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
